Mediation for the Mutantes<\/em><\/a> exhibition<\/p>\n

Perception drifts – constantly evolving and changing. It also speaks and it’s not guaranteed that our voices are the ones being heard. In view of this subject of mutation, it is up to us to enter into the game of variations, to become this and that, in the sphere of the “nameless”, the bizarre, the strange, in the transit of forms. The right motive for the creative act, in its chaotic, formative, where seeds disagree with kingdoms, classes and orders.<\/p>\n

In the history of representation, nature, if that’s what we’re talking about, has tended to occupy the unknown, indifferent background<\/em>, the other, justified by the figure<\/em>, always human. During Mutants<\/em>, in the actions of mediation, we will enter the cycle of metamorphosis: passing that background to figure, following the clues left to us by creatures in the exhibition<\/em>. Clues to the risk and the peril of the imagination, paving the way for the unpredictability of encounters and processes that we come to experience in the company of the people who visit us.<\/p>\n

Escola dos Animais<\/em> – Founding of the \u201cEscola dos Animais\u201d, a space to exercise becoming through embodied imagination and tragic-comic laughter, drawing a parallel line, mismatched but close, with school education. At the end of the exhibition, the school will be closed.
